What is RepairOS?
RepairOS is an all-in-one platform for repair businesses. It covers repair job tracking, CRM, point of sale, inventory, GST billing, WhatsApp communication, staff management, finance and analytics — so a shop runs on one system instead of a spreadsheet, a notebook and a group chat. Repair job tracking and customer records are in every plan; the other modules unlock as you move up the tiers.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 30 days, and no credit card is required to start. Signing up puts you on the Basic tier for the trial; you can move to any other plan from Settings → Subscription at any point, and upgrades take effect immediately. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged.
Does it support GST billing?
Yes. RepairOS generates GST-compliant invoices with CGST, SGST and IGST computed per line item from the place of supply. It handles both tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing, applies discounts correctly in either mode, and supports credit notes, refunds and filing-ready exports. Billing is included from the Standard tier upward — Basic covers repair jobs and customers only.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier and above. Branches share a customer database and transfer stock between sites, while reporting rolls up centrally or breaks down per branch. Staff permissions are scoped per branch, so a technician sees only their own site. Tiers below Enterprise cover a single branch.
Does it work on mobile?
RepairOS is built mobile-first and installs as a progressive web app on any Android or iOS device — no app store required. It also works offline: jobs logged without a connection sync automatically once you are back online.
Does it support WhatsApp?
Yes. RepairOS ships 31 message templates covering job status updates, ready-for-collection alerts, payment reminders, delivery confirmations and AMC renewal notices — sent automatically as jobs move through their workflow. WhatsApp is included from the Standard tier upward; bulk marketing campaigns need Business or above.
Can I migrate existing data?
Yes. Customers, products and inventory can be bulk-imported from CSV or Excel, with validation and a preview before anything is committed. For larger migrations, our team will help map and load your existing records.
Is there customer support?
Every plan includes email support. Priority support is included from the Enterprise tier, and Enterprise Plus adds a dedicated success manager along with onboarding, custom integrations and custom development.
